  • Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Certified Medical Examiner (DOT exams).
  • Certifications:  NCCPA, NIOSH Spirometry, Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist (COHC), Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT), and Urine Drug screening, OSHA 30 hour General Industry Certification.
  • Professional interests in safety and public health and educating other occupational health professionals.
  • Instructor for FMCSA Medical Examiners and Spirometry technicians.
  • Enjoys spending quality time with her family, teaching at her church, crafting, and enjoying “the way life should be” here in Maine.

  • 19+ years’ experience working as a Physician Assistant and over 20+ years in Healthcare.
  • Previous career in Emergency Medicine /Urgent Care at The Aroostook Medical, where he currently maintains a per diem status.
  • His solid background in Healthcare has proven skills in leadership, teaching and acute care.
  • Certifications: NCCPA, CCEMTP (Critical Care Emergency Medical Transport), ATLS, ACLS, PALS.
  • Formally an American Heart Association ACLS Instructor.
  • Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Certified Medical Examiner.
  • A “County Boy”, born and raised, enjoys traveling, spending time with family and riding his ATV’s across vast acreage in the heart of Aroostook County, ME.  

Howard Jones, MD, MPH

  • Master of Public Health (MPH), all while at Columbia University in New York.
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Occupational & Environmental Medicine.
  • Certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Certified Medical Examiner (DOT exams).
  • Instructor for FMCSA Medical Examiners.
  • 25 years’ experience in Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine and Occupational Health.
  • Serves as Medical Director for several area employers and participates on the DOT Medical Examiner Advisory Group.
  • Serves as an Occupational Physician for the Maine Air National Guard.
  • Strongly believes that communication and trust serve as the key elements of a balanced relationship between patients and their care providers.

Thomas Luna

  • Attended USAF School of Aerospace Medicine in Texas, where he obtained his Board Certification in Occupational Medicine (1997) and Aerospace Medicine (1996)
  • Certified in Commercial Driver Medical Exams, Federal Medical Review Officer and for the Dept of Defense.
  • As an educator he was the director of Medical Education/Designated Institutional Official and 711 Human Performance Wing Clinical Investigation Facility.  He was also the Associate Dean for Aerospce Medicine.
  • Presided over all occupational, aerospace, and preventive medicine and medical readiness programs.
  • Publications in various magazines and other communications.
  • Appeared on the Discovery Channel, 60 minutes and various local news affiliates.

Thomas Robinson, PA-C

Thomas Robinson

  • Attended Bowman-Gray School of Medicine and successfully completed a one year PA surgical residency at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.
  • NCCPA certified, a Distinguished Fellow AAPA, a Fellow member AAPA-OM and MEAPA and an Associate member of ACOEM.
  • Practiced surgery for 5 years, emergency medicine for 19 years and occupational medicine for 15+ years.
